Auction Terms & Conditions This is an Online Bidding Only auction format. * CASH is PREFFERED - Thank you. * Removal of items from our auction house day of auction Tuesday 1pm - 4:30pm and Wednesday 10am - 4pm, Thursday possibly by appointment (Closed Friday). * Please plan on bringing help to load furniture or bulky items. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. * NOTE: Out of State buyers may be required to pay with Check if buying coins, silver, gold, etc. * 15% Buyer's premium rate charged to all winning bids in this auction. * 7% Indiana sales tax added to ALL purchases (instate & out of state), unless current tax exempt info is provided. * CASH payment is PREFERRED.
