**Removal Address & Pickup Times: The house is located on State Road 135 (address will be on buyer's invoice), Nashville, IN 47448 (about 10-minutes east of Nashville). Note: Hours of pickup are Friday from 1pm - 4pm, Saturday from 10am - 1pm (No Shipping Available - Local Pickup only). NOTE: No pickup past the scheduled times (please & thanks).
AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: To settle a local guardianship, we will therefore auction the remaining items through Online Bidding Only - pickup items at the home 10-minutes east of Nashville, IN, on State Road 135 (not at our facility). Contact auctioneer with any questions 812-320-0130.
